The Need is NOW. The Answer is US!
Jefferson County comes together to support 36 local nonprofit organizations that keep our neighbors safe, fed, housed, and cared for.
2026 Organizations That need your Help
First Step Family Support Center
Help keep diapers and baby essentials on the shelves for families with young children.
First Step Family Support Center runs a diaper bank and family programs across Jefferson County, from Port Townsend to the Hoh River. It served 384 families in 2025, a 28% increase, just as its diaper funding disappeared.
Foster Supports of Jefferson County
Help foster and kinship families get what a child needs the day they arrive.
An all-volunteer board delivers clothing, diapers, beds, car seats, gas cards and more to 104 children in 55 foster, kinship and adoptive families. Demand in early 2026 was up 156% over the year before.
Jefferson Teen Center
Help teens-in-need get food, clothing and support, no questions asked.
The Jefferson Teen Center is the only walkable resource hub for Chimacum teens, offering a free store, food pantry and youth-led peer support groups. It aims to serve 40 to 60 teens despite losing $45,000 in public funding.
OWL360
Help young people find safe housing and a path to independence.
OWL360 is Jefferson County's only organization dedicated to housing and stabilizing youth ages 14–25. In 2025, 82% of its housing program graduates moved into permanent housing, and its drop-in center, The Nest, logged 4,506 visits.
Transformations by Olympic Angels
Help children in foster and kinship care build lasting relationships with caring adults.
Olympic Angels pairs trained volunteers with foster and kinship families and matches youth with mentors. In Jefferson County, 75% of caregivers said the program helped children stay in a stable home rather than move again.
