OWL360 is Jefferson County's only organization dedicated to housing and stabilizing youth ages 14–25. In 2025, 82% of its housing program graduates moved into permanent housing, and its drop-in center, The Nest, logged 4,506 visits. 

Help teens-in-need get food, clothing and support, no questions asked. 

The Jefferson Teen Center is the only walkable resource hub for Chimacum teens, offering a free store, food pantry and youth-led peer support groups. It aims to serve 40 to 60 teens despite losing $45,000 in public funding. 

Help foster and kinship families get what a child needs the day they arrive. 

An all-volunteer board delivers clothing, diapers, beds, car seats, gas cards and more to 104 children in 55 foster, kinship and adoptive families. Demand in early 2026 was up 156% over the year before.
